We are living in an uncertain time right now. The truth is, we’re always living in an uncertain time. It’s just much more pronounced with the COVID-19 pandemic we’re experiencing.
We need more than ever to keep ourselves as balanced and centered as we possibly can so we can show up for ourselves and our loved ones as much as possible.
We also need to show ourselves compassion for being weak and off our game during this time, knowing that tomorrow is always another day.
Meditation helps cultivate calm, balance, and centeredness through the storm. I started my meditation practice five years ago in the wake of a divorce and the loss of my father a short time later. It has helped me find peace and heal years of anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
I’d like to help you start a meditation practice now that peace and calm are needed more than ever. I put together this seven day meditation challenge to help you do it.
